Core-MHz is the measure of CPU processing power allocated to your Go2Cloud server. It represents the clock speed of a single processing core in megahertz.
As a practical reference point, 2100 core-MHz is roughly equivalent to one core of a 2.1 GHz AMD Opteron processor. If you allocate 4200 core-MHz, you are getting the equivalent processing power of two such cores.
When configuring your server, we recommend leaving the "cores" setting on automatic. The platform will assign the optimal number of CPU cores for your total core-MHz allocation, balancing between per-core clock speed and parallel processing capability for the best overall performance.
