Can I Change the Number of CPU Cores?

CPU cores advanced settings server configuration

Yes, you can change the number of CPU cores assigned to your server through the advanced settings in the Go2Cloud control panel.

By default, the core count is set to automatic, which lets the platform determine the optimal number of cores for your total core-MHz allocation. For most workloads, this produces the best results.

However, if your application has specific requirements, such as needing multiple cores for multi-threaded processing, or a single high-frequency core for single-threaded performance, you can override the automatic setting and specify the core count manually.

Keep in mind that your total core-MHz is distributed across the cores you specify. For example, 4000 core-MHz with 2 cores gives each core 2000 MHz, while 4 cores would give each core 1000 MHz.
