Passwords: Our staff cannot see or retrieve your server passwords. If you lose your password, you will need to reset it through the operating system's recovery process.
VNC Display: Our support team has the ability to view the VNC console display for your server. This is used only for troubleshooting purposes, such as checking whether your server has booted correctly or identifying error messages on screen.
Data Access: Staff do not have direct access to the files on your drives. Your data remains private and under your control.
