To protect our platform and other users from abuse, a small number of restrictions apply during the free trial period:
Certain outbound ports are blocked by default, including SMTP (email sending), FTP, SSH, and Telnet. These restrictions help prevent the trial from being used for spam, unauthorized access attempts, or other malicious activities.
Running game servers, including Minecraft, is not permitted during the trial period.
Once you upgrade to a paid account, the SMTP restriction can be lifted upon request by contacting support@go2cloud.co.za. The other port restrictions are also reviewed and adjusted based on your account needs.
